Advisory Added - Lakewalk Beach
A Water Contact Not Recommended advisory has been issued by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) on 9/9/2009 for Lakewalk Beach. Elevated E. coli bacteria levels identified from samples collected 9/8/2009 indicate the possible presence of fecal contamination. The beach is scheduled to be re-sampled 9/9/2009.
Lakewalk Beach is located in Duluth, below Lake Place Park in Canal Park.
